BearChildCare Bus

At our BearChildCare Centres, we are always searching for more ways to further extend and improve your child’s learning opportunities. At the beginning of 2017 BearChildCare purchased one of our most exciting additions to our centre, the BearChildCare Bus! Our bus takes our Pre-School Cubs on a variety of excursions every month. The centre is pleased to be able to provide your children with their very own bus as this will allow every child to continue on and extend their learning opportunities within our local community.

Why Should Your Child Go On Excursions?

Just like adults, children require a wide range of visual and sensory experiences to stimulate their creative minds. Your child is fortunate that BearChildCare provide these opportunities with our BearChildCare Bus providing new experiences through excursions. Excursions are considered to be a vital part of early childhood growth.

Excursions provide children with the opportunity to experience life outside of the classroom. Your child will observe the social system and the roles people around them play in their life including police officers, traffic controllers, fire fighters and various other systems. Excursions offer first hand experience allowing your child to develop their communication skills, expanding their terminology and problem solving skills. They expose your child to a range of experiences and allow them to gain a sense of the world in which they find themselves. Excursions are a great way to encourage parents and family members to become more involved with their child’s education.
